Job Description:

1. Have a solid foundation in law, outstanding professional education background, bachelor degree or above in law, master's or doctor's degree or above is preferred, and overseas study experience in Europe, America, Japan and South Korea is preferred;

2. Have obtained the lawyer practice qualification certificate, and have more than 3 years of lawyer practice experience, have a clear business direction, excellent practice ability, and have the experience of independently undertaking cases or non-litigation projects in a certain professional field;

3. With large-scale government infrastructure projects, government BOT, international trade, venture capital, financing mergers and acquisitions, financial securities, insurance, maritime and maritime, intellectual property, real estate, land, foreign-related business expertise is preferred;

4. Able to independently set up a professional legal department or business team, with strong organizational management ability and communication and coordination ability is preferred;

5. Rigorous work style, good conduct, good lawyer professional ethics, abide by the lawyer practice norms;

6. With pioneering spirit and innovative consciousness, strong sense of teamwork;
