The plaintiff Dalian Baitu Culture Communication Co., Ltd. and the defendant Dalian Longhu Zeying Real Estate Co., Ltd. have a dispute over the service contract.7 February 2023. The plaintiff Dalian Bato Culture Communication Co., Ltd. filed an application for withdrawal from the lawsuit on February 7, 2023.

The Court believes that the plaintiff's application for withdrawal is a disposition of his own rights within the scope permitted by law and conforms to the provisions of the law. In accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 148 and Article 157 of the the People's Republic of China Civil Procedure Law, the ruling is as follows:

The plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the lawsuit, Dalian Boto Culture Communication Co., Ltd.

Case acceptance fee150 yuan (already halved) shall be borne by the plaintiff Dalian Bato Culture Communication Co., Ltd.
