Full-Time Lawyer

Job Description:

1. The full-time lawyer should have a solid foundation in law and an outstanding professional education background, with a bachelor's degree or above in law, with priority given to the one who has a master's or doctoral degree, and with priority given to the one who has overseas study experience in Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, etc. ;

2. The full-time lawyer should hold a lawyer's practice qualification certificate, have over three years of experience in the legal field, have excellent practice ability, a clear business direction, and have handled cases or non-litigation projects on their own in a particular field of expertise;

3. The priority is given to the candidates with expertise in government large-scale infrastructure projects, government BOT, international trade, venture capital, financing and mergers and acquisitions, financial securities, insurance, maritime affairs, intellectual property, real estate, land, foreign-related businesses, etc.;

4. The priority is given to the candidates able to independently establish a professional legal department or business team, with strong organizational management and communication skills;

5. The full-time lawyer should have a rigorous work style, good conduct, and good professional ethics as a lawyer, and abide by the lawyer's practice standards;

6. The full-time lawyer should have a pioneering spirit and innovative consciousness, possessing a strong sense of teamwork;

7. The full-time lawyer should identify with the development philosophy of WINOUT ATTORNEY and adapt to its management model.
