Job Description:
1. In charge of growing the company's clientele, carrying out in-depth study and analysis of client requirements, attracting new clients via a variety of sales techniques, preserving and strengthening client relationships, and turning prospects into contracted clients;
2. Conduct routine client visits, sustain positive customer relations, and offer consumers consulting, signing, post-maintenance, and other services;
3. Respond to business queries from clients, monitor their demands, negotiate, create plans, follow up on contract signing, and finish work related to sales targets;
4. The adviser should offer customers the most focused solutions and have a thorough understanding of business negotiation, sales technology, and associated professional expertise;
5. The advisor should have college degree or above, with priority given to the one who majors in law majors and marketing majors;
6. Priority shall be given to those who have experience in trade associations, large enterprises, institutions and organs, or have experience in case source expansion and law firms;
7. The advisor should be proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office, standard Mandarin;
8. The advisor should have strong communication skills, affinity, quick thinking, conscientiousness, good service awareness;
9. The advisor should be passionate and enthusiastic, meticulous and conscientious, willing to challenge, with strong ability to withstand pressure, resilience, and perseverance.
