Job Description:

1. The partner lawyer should have bachelor degree or above, with priority given to the one who has postgraduate degree, or overseas study experience;

2. The partner lawyer should have obtained a lawyer's qualification certificate and have been independently practicing for more than three years;

3. The partner lawyer should be able to independently establish a professional legal department or business team, with strong organizational management, communication and coordination skills;

4. The partner lawyer should cherish professionalism and respect diversity, share the development philosophy of WINOUT ATTORNEY, and have a strong sense of teamwork, creativity, and professionalism in addition to being able to address practical difficulties.
